Clearlake Oaks Woman in Homicide Case Denied Bail

A Clearlake Oaks woman charged with killing her boyfriend was denied bail. During a court appearance this week, a judge determined 56-year-old Sue Grogan-Robinson was a flight risk. She’s accused of fatally shooting 56-year-old Charles Vernon McClelland in July, and was arrested in the state of Missouri in August.
