Northshore Fire District Receives Donation From Habematotel Pomo Tribe

The Northshore Fire District has received a donation of $80,000 from the Habematotel Pomo of Upper Lake Tribe.  TheLakeCountyNews reports the donation will help with staffing and maintenance of equipment.  The contribution is a part of the Habematolel Pomo of Upper Lake’s ongoing commitment to local communities and residents in the region.

Mendocino County Granted Coverage for Storm Damage by FEMA

Residents of Mendocino County are now eligible to receive assistance from FEMA to cover damages caused by the atmospheric river storms in February and March.
