The Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office has identified two of the three victims in a fiery crash just north of Ukiah last week. The driver of the vehicle has been identifed as Gavin L. An urchin diver has spotted another sunflower sea star about three miles north of Noyo Harbor. The sea star was seen in about 18 feet of water about 300 feet from the beach.
