Lakeshore Lioness of Clearlake is hosting a corn beef and cabbage dinner on Sunday at Howard’s Grotto in Clearlake from 4-7 pm. The Governor has expanded his proclamation of storm state of emergencies for 21 counties, including Lake and Mendocino. The governor last week proclaimed a state of emergency in 13 counties due to storms, and activated the California Guard and State Operations Center.
