A flood watch is in effect for all of Lake and Mendocino County. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible through Wednesday morning. A wind advisory will go into effect early tomorrow morning as well for the same area. Southerly winds of 25-35 mph gusting to 60 mph are expected. A few power outages may occur.
