Volunteers are still needed for the rescheduled trail clearing project on the Upper Lake Ranger district trails. The event was scheduled for this weekend, but is now planned for April 8th due to the recent storms. Volunteer check in will be 9 am on Saturday, April 8th, at hte mIddle Creek Campground, 8 miles north of Upper Lake on County Road 301. Jobs will include hand tool work, cutting and moving cut tree limbs, and other trail repair and restoration work. For more information and to volunteer, go to restore trails.org
