Hiker Rescued from Cliffs at Fort Bragg

A man thought to be hiking was rescued from the bluffs of Fort Bragg after he strayed off an established trail and tumbled down a cliffside. The Fort Bragg Fire Department was able to descend the cliff and retrieve the man who was uninjured.

Man Clipped By Motorist Remains in Coma

A possibly homeless man clipped by a vehicle in Willits while riding a bike on Monday remains comatose in a Santa Rosa Hospital. The man was traveling south on Main Street when he was struck by a vehicle headed north. The man fell and hit his head. He was not wearing a helmet.
