The Lake County Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding the death of a person found floating in Clear Lake by boaters last week. An identification of the body has been made, but releasing that information is being held until next of kin can be notified. The Sheriff’s office did say the individual is not connected to any of the current missing person cases being investigated by its office.
