The Lake County Board of Supervisors meets tomorrow at 9 am and will hold a public hearing to consider the appeal by Higher Ground Farms of the Planning Commission’s denial of a major use permit and initial study for a cannabis grow at 3545 Finley East Road, Kelseyville, which is next door to the historic Kelsey Creek Schoolhouse. The project was voted down in January, in part due to its proximity to the historic sight, its impact on the community, and its negative effect on the view in the area.
