A flood warning is in effect for the Russian River including Hopland in Mendocino County until further notice. There is also a Wind advisory, with sustained winds of 25-35 mph, gusting to 60 mph for all of Mendocino County. A high surf advisory for the coastal areas of Mendocino County continues through tomorrow. Large breaking waves of up to 23 feet will be seen along west-facing beaches. Rain is expected to continue through the weekend, with the heaviest precipitation of a quarter to a half inch possible over the next couple of days.
