The body of a woman in her submerged vehicle that was found Wednesday along Trenton-Healdsburg Road in Forestville in Sonoma County has been identified as that Daphne Fontino of Ukiah. The Sonoma County Sheriff’s office dispatch center reports that Fontino reported water in her car and then the call disconnected. Dispatchers tried calling back several times but did not get a response. Search teams found the vehicle submerged in an area known to flood.
