A member of the Konocti Ro d and Gun Club and their guest were involved in holstering mishap on Monday that resulted in a gunshot wound. The two were target shooting at Lakeport’s Highland Springs Range, when the guest went to holster a weapon, and it caught on loose clothing and accidently discharged into their thigh. Lane County Sheriff’s officers determined it was an accident. The guest was flown to Santa Rosa’s Memorial Hospital, was treated and released.
