A Clearlake Oaks woman has been taken into custody for the death of her boyfriend. On July 7th, 56-year-old Sue Robinson told police she fatally shot 55-year-old Charles McClelland after he sexually assaulted her. Investigators say after evaluating evidence, they’ve determined the shooting was not justified. Robinson was arrested in Missouri and is awaiting extradition back to Lake County.
