Lake County Special Districts issued an alert for all CSA #2 Spring Valley Water Customers. Special Districts received an Order on Monday from the State Water Resources Control Board which significantly restricts use of water from Cache Creek for the Spring Valley Water System. Special Districts has been ordered to implement the strictest tier of their drought management plan, Tier 4, and curtail usage to approximately 130 gallons per day, per connection.
