Fire crews got control of the Stubbs fire overnight. The 2–3-acre wild land fire in the Clearlake Oaks area off of Stubbs Drive was first reported last night at 11PM.

Ukiah and Lakeport police are hosting National Night Out Events tonight – an annual community-building campaign to promote partnerships between police and community members. The event in Libaray Park in Lakeport is 5:30-8:30PM. The Ukiah event in Todd Grove Park is from 5-8PM.
