Excessive Heat Warning Continues in Mendocino Interior

An excessive heat warning remains in effect for the Mendocino Interior through late tonight at least and may continue through the weekend and the beginning of the week. Family Left Homeless After Fire in Sherwood Rancheria

A family has been left homeless after a fire in their mobile home in Sherwood Rancheria north of Willits. The Keys Fire was reported around 11:30 am yesterday morning. Brooktrails Township Fire Department and Little Lake Fire Department responded along with a CALFIRE helicopter and airplane. The blaze was out by 1 pm.
