A Ukiah man has been sentenced to prison for an attack on another man with a chain. TheUkiahDaily Journal reportsTimmy Kent Cooper was sentenced in Mendocino County Superior Court to 33 years to life in the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. Cooper was found guiltyof assault with a deadly weapon after being accused of breaking someone’s arm with a chain in Ukiah. Cooper has an extensive criminal history.
