It appears that Grocery Outlet has made it a few steps closer to opening a location in Fort Bragg. After years of contention over where the store might be located, the Fort Bragg Planning Commission, with encouragement from the community agreed to the newest location, on the south end of Franklin Street. The project now moves to the City Council and possibly the California Coastal Commission for approval.
