The Clearlake City Council meets tomorrow at 6 pm and will consider a for the 18th Avenue Improvement Project. TheLakeCountyNews reports the bid came in at just over $4.6 million. That contractor is the same as previously approved and then the contract was rescinded in order to allow the city more time to garner funding from the California Transportation Commission.
