At their meeting tomorrow evening at 6, the Lakeport City Council will consider an emergency declaration due to the recent heavy rains and flooding in the area. The council will also consider granting a renewal of the Lake County Tourism District and include the city of Lakeport in that district. The council will also receive and file the fiscal year update for the first quarter of 2022-23 and will hear an update on the Lake County Recreation Task Force and get the communications team activity update.
