The Clearlake City Council meets Thursday at 6 pm and will consider an appeal of the Planning Commission’s decision by the Koi Nation of Northern California to grant a conditional use permit for a hotel development on part of the former Pearce Field airport property. The council will also discuss a proposal for a new skate park to replace the existing facility in Austin Park, which is in extreme disrepair.
