The Ukiah Planning Commission at it’s next virtual meeting on Wednesday, will consider a permit requested for an oil change business on Airport Park Boulevard. According to a staff report, the permit would allow major development of a 2,137 sq ft Valvoline Quick Lube Facility, located across from Costco and next to the Holiday Inn Express.
