Tuesday night, three people were injured and one killed in a crash near the Ukiah city limits. According to CHP, Ezekial Guzman was driving when he crossed the center line into traffic and struck another car head-on. One of the two passengers in Guzman’s vehicle was killed and Guzman and his other passenger were taken to Providence Santa Rosa with moderate injuries. The driver of the other vehicle was transported to Adventist Health Ukiah Valley for treatment of moderate injuries. Drugs or alcohol may be a factor in the accident. Guzman was placed under arrest.
