CHP has released information about a fatal collision south of Willits. The head-on collision happened yesterday at 11 a.m. Police say a 21-year-old man from Calpella, was northbound on Highway 101, when he crossed the double yellow line resulting in a head-on collision with a vehicle driven by a 29-year-old woman from Olivehurst. The male driver died at the scene. The felmale driver suffered major injuries.
