Mendocino County’s public health officer shed more light on the current outbreak at a long-term facility in Ukiah. Dr. Andy Coren told the Mendocino County Board of Supervisors that the outbreak at Mountain View assisted living facility was caused, in part, by a delay in reporting from a lab in Texas, as a result, a staff member who had become positive worked a full week before the facility was aware of the positive test.
