A new street sign us up in Lakeport. Westside Park Road was renamed Charlie Jolin Way to honor his commitment to the park and the city. In addition to Westside Park, he was instrumental in the development of Library Park. He was also a member/chair of the City of Lakeport Planning Commission, and chairperson of the Citizen’s Advisory Committee to the development of the City’s general plan.
