PG&E Extends Ongoing Support to Customers Affected by COVID-19 Pandemic

In response to the ongoing economic challenges caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, PG&E will extend the existing COVID 19 customer protections through June 30th. The protections were set to expire on April 16. Protections include: A moratorium on service disconnections for non-payment for residential and small business customers, and flexible payment plans for customers to schedule payment over several months to help address temporary financial strains.
