PG&E Doing Tree Work in Lake County

PG&E crews have been in Lake County, trimming and removing trees that could affect powerlines.  The LakeCountyNews reports that the work is focused on preventing fires in high-risk areas and plans on clearing over 94 miles of overhead powerlines by the end of the year.  Crews can be expected in the areas of Cobb and Cobb Mountain, Clearlake Oaks, Glenview, Kelseyville, Lower Lake, Loch Lomond, and Morgan Valley.  Before starting work in a community, PG&E will make every effort to notify customers and will work with individual customers when addressing their property.
