An arrest has been made and property recovered in the theft of firefighting equipment. Thousands of feet of stolen fire hose and other equipment taken from the scene of the Wilkinson fire which occurred on June 21st in Clearlake. On July 11, an officer saw some of the stolen hose on a property in the 16100 block of Dam Road and contacted the resident, 31-year-old Rebecca Moresi who admitted to stealing the equipment for her personal use, as she has a pump on her property.
