Shooter in Mistaken Identity Killing Sentenced

On Monday, Nathaniel Hueners, 22, was sentenced to 30-years-to-life for the April 2024 drive-by murder of 45-year-old Elizabeth Williams in Clearlake. Stolen LEGO’s Found, Man Arrested

A man from  Hidden Valley Lake has been arrested for orchestrating a large-scale retail theft operation involving valuable LEGO sets. Lakeport Comes Out for “No Kings” Protest

Saturday saw Lake County host its largest pro-democracy protest to date, as part of a series of some 2700 nationwide demonstrations. The “No Kings II” protest, held in downtown Lakeport. The protest saw somewhere between 800 and 2000 people, making it the largest event of its type in Lakeport history.
