CalTrans and local Fort Bragg officials have announced a collaboration on the possibility of installing crisis prevention signage on the Noyo River Bridge after transgender teen Roy Mora was found dead at the base of the bridge. Lakeport Police have announced they have arrested a man who was involved in two separate fights and was armed. 27-year-old Davon Keller of Lakeport was arrested on Friday after physical altercations on Thursday. Keller had been booked on an arrest warrant for assault with a deadly weapon, violation of probation and obstruction.
