An inmate who walked away from the Parlin Fork Conservation Camp #6 early Sunday morning has been taken back into custody. Donovan R. Bacon, 33 was captured at the Coyote Valley Reservation after a phone tip.
On Friday, officials from the city of Ukiah along with representatives of the Pinoleville Pomo Nation were on hand for a ground breaking ceremony to start construction of the new Mendocino County Courthouse on East Perkins Street. A Lakeport man has been found guilty of DUI in court on Thursday. Eliseo Del Aguila, age 32, of Lakeport, was found guilty of driving a motor vehicle on November 30th of last year with a blood alcohol level of .16, twice the legal limit.
