The Lake County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a kayker who went missing on Clear Lake. Friends of 28-year-old Dylan Flanagan say he went kayaking late Sunday afternoon, heading toward Rattlesnake Island, and was reported missing when he didn’t return that evening.
