The COVID-19 outbreak at the Mendocino County Jail continues to expand. The Clearlake Police Department is searching for a man in connection to a New Year’s Day shooting. 31-year-old Jose Ceja-Torres, of Clearlake, is wanted for the felony violations of attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon. The victim is a 41-year-old Clearlake resident.
