Upper Lake Man Arrested in Fatal Shooting

An Upper Lake man has been arrested for fatally shooting his stepmother. Witnesses say 35- year-old Matthew Daniel Mora was intoxicated and arguing with family at the residence when he shot his stepmother, 56-year-old Christine Mora.
