At the meeting of the Kelseyville Unified School Board last night, a resolution against COVID-19 mandates put forth by the state for students and staff failed after an absent board member deadlocked the vote 2-2. Board chair Rick Winer said the board will not rehear the matter.

Ukiah PD is asking for help from anyone who witnessed a collision between an SUV and a motorcycle Tuesday evening in the area of S. State Street and Beacon Lane. The rider, Charles Partridge died at the scene. The investigation into the accident is ongoing.
