Lake County’s clerk/auditor-controller has said she won’t be seeking another term. Cathy Saderlund has worked for the county of Lake for more than forty years. Saderlund’s assistant, Jenavive Herrington, has filed to run for the seat. Saderlund said personal reasons fueled her decision not to run again.
