The driver wanted in a fatal hit-and-run in Brooktrails has come forward. According to CHP, 26-year-old Aaron Manning, of Willits, contacted law enforcement the afternoon of the crash and provided a statement. Police are reportedly still investigating the collision that killed 41-year-old Paul Brown.
