After a four-day closure, the Sutter Lakeside Birthing Center has reopened. According to the Lake County News, the center was given the ok to resume services Saturday afternoon. Fort Bragg Has New Police Chief

Fort Bragg has a new police chief as of Monday. Neil Cervenka joins the force from Turlock, where he has served the past 22 years. Cervenka replaces interim Chief John Naulty, who stepped in after former Chief Fabian Lizarraga left to helm the Willits Police Department.
