An urchin diver has spotted another sunflower sea star about three miles north of Noyo Harbor. The sea star was seen in about 18 feet of water about 300 feet from the beach. Clear Lake High was the site of active shooter training for law enforcement last week. TheLakeCountyNews reports the FBI led the two 16-hour Advanced Law Enforcemnt Rapid Respond Traning or ALERRT session. The training was conducted during spring break for the high school.
