Details about the emotionally distraught person who tried to jump from the Noyo Bridge this past Sunday are thin, due to the nature of the incident, but Fort Bragg officers arrived in time to stop them from committing suicide. At their meeting last night, the Lake County Board of Supervisors decided to wait on an emergency declaration regarding the rapid decline of the Clearlake Hitch.  The LakeCountyNews reports that after an exhaustive meeting, the board chose to consider all the information presented and revisit at it’s February 7th meeting.

A woman reported missing in Clearlake earlier in the week has been found.  Kayla Johnston had been reported missing in the area of W.40th Avenue and Carrol Avenue.  Clearlake police said late yesterday that Johnston had been found.
