PG&E reports is has gone forward with the planned Public Safety Power Shutoffs to several thousand customers, including some in Lake County. The shutoff has affected residents east of Clearlake Oaks and Lower Lake. It’s estimated that just under 200 homes are affected. Restoration of power is expected around 2 this afternoon.
