Motorcyclist Killed in Head-On With Tractor-Trailer

A motorcyclist died in a head-on collision with a tractor-trailer last night, halfway between Lucerne and Pepperwood Grove. The tractor-trailer was hauling a backhoe when the collision occurred just after 7 p.m. The rider was trapped under the truck and pronounced dead at the scene.
