When the Clearlake City Council meets on Thursday evening, it will discuss the Lake County Sanitation District’s Southeast Regional Wastewater System and operations within the city of Clearlake. Saturday, the life and service of Mendocino Superior Court Judge David Nelson was celebrated by a standing-room-only crowd at the SPACE auditorium in Ukiah.
