A Mendocino County Superior Court jury on Tuesday found Julian Canul Tun, 43, of Fort Bragg, guilty of misdemeanor DUI and driving with a blood alcohol concentration of .31/.32% at the time of his arrest.
A man’s body was discovered in a dry creek bed in Ukiah on Saturday. A citizen reported the finding to Ukiah Police, who then notified the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office for a coroner’s investigation. The cause of death is undetermined; an autopsy and toxicology report are pending.
