Caltrans has allocated more than $4 million out of $1.2 billion for projects in Mendocino County, including work in Mendocino, Fort Bragg, and Willits. Caltrans has also allocated $245 million for trash capture devices placed in rivers and waterways to filter out litter and keep it from traveling to the ocean.
