The Northshore Ready Fest is being held this Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm at the corner of 11th Avenue and Highway 20. The Lake County Planning Commission has approved plans for a new resort on the lakeshore in Lucerne on State Highway 20. The resort will include nine overnight lodging units.The property also includes a one-story house that was the longtime residence of well-known Pearl Harbor survivor, Jim Harris, who died in 2011.
