Ryan Fire North Of Willits Put Down

A fire now being called the Ryan Fire North of Willits near Ryan Creek Road burned about three acres, and fire retardant dropped by air response helped slow its progress. As of early last evening, the incident commander released resources from the blaze as flames were diminishing.
