Repairs to the Long Valley Creek Bridge near Laytonville, upgrades to the Ukiah and Boonville maintenance stations, and mitigation work along Route 1 near Gualala are being undertaken thanks to the more than $3.8 billion statewide investment.

The Lucerne Park dredging project will be getting underway next week. The Lake County Public Services Department said the boat launching ramp and portions of the parking lot at Lucerne Harbor Park will be closed. Public Services said the harbor hasn’t been dredged since its original construction in 1965.
The City of Lakeport has received $1 million dollars from a Community Development Block Grant that will allow the city to continue updating the Silveira Community Center in the former Bank of America building.
