Ukiah PD is seeking information on the whereabouts of 16-year-old Evelyn Medina-Castaneda, a Ukiah teen who has been missing since the 19th. Evelyn is described as a Hispanic female, 5 feet tall, weighing 140 pounds, with black hair and black eyes. She is listed as a missing person, and anyone with information is asked to contact the Ukiah PD.
